Guru Poornima Celebration 2019
गुरुं वन्दे मातृरुपम्।
गुरुं वन्दे पितृरुपम्।
गुरुं वन्दे करुणामयम्।
गुरुं वन्दे सुज्ञानमयम्।
गुरुं वन्दे सिद्धिप्रदम्।
गुरुं वन्दे बुद्धिप्रदम्।
गुरुं वन्दे विमलमतिम्।
गुरुं वन्दे अमलकृतिम्।
Guru Poornima was celebrated in Love Dale Central School. To pay respect to their Gurus who prepare students to take on the onerous task of nation building, the students of class VII dedicated a programme.
The programme was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp in the presence of the Chief Guest, Professor Shri. Vinod Deshpande and the Principal Mrs. Laxmi Inchal.
The students of class VII chanted shlokas and sang melodious songs which highlighted the importance of the Guru in our lives. The students also performed a dance and drama to showcase the role of gurus in fostering excellence and shaping the minds and characters of the young minds.
The event was thus truly significant in making the gurus feel special for his/her role in ensuring the all round development and well- being of their pupils.
The celebration was a great success with the constant motivation and support of the Principal, Mrs. Laxmi Inchal.
