CBSE South Zone Swimming Competition 2018 was held at Akshara International School Kowdle, Mandya from 10th October to 15th October in which the LDCS Mermaid Miss Anumati Chougule participated and bagged 1st place. She stood 1st in 50m Breast Stroke, 100m Breast Stroke, 200m Breast Stroke and 200m Individual Medley. She was honoured with 4 Gold Medals.
The Golden Mermaid brought splendid glory to the school with the constant motivation, guidance and support of the Principal, Mrs. Laxmi Inchal.
